- Your QR Studio version and macOS version.
- What you were trying to do and the steps that led to the issue.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- An optional screenshot or sample file with private information removed.
Please do not send passwords, activation codes, session tokens, payment-card information or a QR code containing a private Wi-Fi password.
Account and dynamic links
Static QR creation, templates and CSV batch generation work locally without an account. Dynamic-link management and analytics require a QR Studio account and an internet connection.
If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option in the app or email us from your account address. Include the affected short link when reporting a redirect issue, but do not include authentication credentials.
Privacy and account deletion
For account deletion, access, correction or other privacy requests, email support@qrstudio.io, preferably from the email address used for the account. We may verify ownership before acting. Deleting dynamic links can stop printed QR codes from redirecting.
